im # 1418 hope it all works out its not your fault that you get alot of business ...but its not their fault that this business is located in their area ..while i trust that this person is making a contrubition to the world ask how much a place like this means to people looking for like minded or similar people...to shut down or fine a business that enriches so many aspects of life within a city is not something that should be done lightly ...anyway love it and wouldnt change changes for the world..

and chuck my friend john rest his soul was 60's and had a blast there every weekend age ranges are just what jerry says its the best place to meet good people of all ages and walks of life..

Changes is an important part of the identify of the Wallingford neighborhood. I have found it to be an environment of fun, conversation, and civility. Venues for food and drinks, socialization and solidarity, especially for the gay community, are important parts of every neighborhood. Please don't take this fixture of Wallingford life away.

Whereas I haven't read the complaint, I would ask "if you don't like the noise from the bar, why did you move in by one?" ... This is a very tolerant neighborhood, which is part of what makes it great. Try some "white noise" at home, such as music?

If the petition only worked!! I am a native of Wallingford. I am totally straight, as are many of my friends. Changes is without a doubt the most friendly, most fun,and most accepting bar in the entire area. I just wish that the person who is objecting had the balls to sign HER name. I have a pretty good idea of who it is, but SHE needs to be aware that Changes was here long before she brought her homophobic views into "OUR PLACE". If SHE doesn't like it then she should obviously move away.

I defy anyone to find a more friendly and enjoyable bar in Seattle. Changes has great bar staff that make grown up beverages and remember your drink with a accuracy reserved for the space program. Specialties include, Eric's Bloody Mary, Seth's Washington Apple!! Get down here!
